practical experience and skills much more than any University degree.

some companies, we are open to accept in our team motivated and experienced
self-learners!
All candidates are obliged to pass a test (most of it - theory, but there are
some pratice as well).
The goal, of course, is to check if the type and level of skills match the

Network engineer
- avanced TCP/IP networking (TCP/IP stack in deep, routing,
firewalling, troubleshooting).
- good to advanced networking skills in one of the following NOSes --> Linux, xBSD, Cisco IOS, Windows.
- good cable (dial-up,xDSL,Ethernet) or wireless/RF networking skills.
Field engineer
- microwave (RF) skills.
- LV/HV electricity, safety.
- basic TCP/IP networking - subnetting, troubleshooting,
ping/traceroute,arp.
Support engineer
- basic TCP/IP networking - subnetting, troubleshooting, ping/traceroute,arp,DNS
- PC hardware skills.
- PC common software skills - Windows networking
(Ethernet,dial-up,PPPoE) setup, browsers, mail clients.
- Basic electricity and safety skills.
